How to OrderFor styles with a monthly opening I will make an announcement through Twitter, Toyhou.se and on my Discord server. The announcement will have a google form you can fill out with info for your comm. The form will only be open for a limited amount of time and will not be first come first served. I usually pick clients based on how well I will be able to draw their character.During this time my commission forms on Vgen will also be available to be filled out.If you would like to ask for a price estimate or would like to discuss a style or project that isn't within my currently listed samples and prices you may send me the details over at [email protected]. Please include an estimated deadline and use case (commercial or private).There’s no payment needed to be put on the waitlist. I will only ask for payment once I’m ready to start.-----------------------
When filing up an order form, please follow these guidelines:- for REFERENCE/S, please provide a colored reference image. If your character has multiple outfits, please specify which outfit you would like me to draw. I greatly prefer seeing flat colored references. strictly NO text descriptions.-for PERSONALITY, 2-3 words describing your character's personality should usually be enough but if you wanna go for full paragraphs feel free!- for POSE, please provide reference images for a pose you would prefer. Pictures of human models would be ideal. (think adorkastock or jookpubstock) Simple sketch/doodle is also OK! text descriptions are OK if the pose is very simple. Please include what kind of expression you'd like to see.- for OTHERS, if you have any props or companions you want included, you can also mention it here. If you also have a character gallery or a pinterest board for them you can put the links here!- for DEADLINE, only very important if the piece needs to be done in less than 6 weeks. Take note however rush comms will cost more! If there’s no hard deadline, feel free to leave this blank.- for USE CASE, please say if you intend to use it for any commercial purpose! (including but not limited to streaming, merchandise, redistribution etc)- if ordering a piece with 2 or more characters, please fill 1 order form for each character.

tERMS OF SERVICE

Fuumaru's Terms of Service for Commissioned WorkPREFACE❖By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the conditions in this document.❖Please read this entirely and carefully. I reserve the right to deny your request if I see you didn’t read this.❖Violation of this ToS, even in part, will result in blacklisting. This means you will no longer be able to make any transactions with me in the future.❖If there are any questions or concerns, please send me a note/DM.PAYMENT❖ Unless otherwise stated, all payment should be in USD. Via paypal.❖ All payments should be made through invoice method. I will invoice you. Do not send me any payment through other methods, it will be refunded.❖ Payment is due in full, up front for any commission.❖ If in case your payment gets sent as an e-cheque and it needs 3-5 days to clear, I will still do your commission but I will only start working on your piece once the payment is cleared.❖ Once our negotiation is done and I start your commission, I cannot refund you the full amount. This is negotiable depending on the state of the commission.❖ Once the work is completed I cannot refund it.ARTIST❖ By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, as well as sharing the process of how my art is made (ex. timelapse video or process screenshots).❖ I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question. This includes if you did not follow the rules for said order.COMMISSIONER❖The client may post the commissioned work on their social media, toyhou.se gallery or other similar sites. Credits are not mandatory but the client cannot claim credit for making the piece.❖ if posting on toyhou.se, please credit fuumaru as the artist.❖ If you are not sure whether your request counts as personal, feel free to ask me about its intended use.❖ Commercial use will incur an additional fee and is not included in the publicly listed prices for my commissions. Please discuss with me beforehand if you plan to use your commissioned piece for anything other than simply posting to social media/ character gallery sites.❖ Clients that commission my work but fail to discuss commercial use fees when they plan to or already use my art for commercial purposes (including but not limited to: streaming, use in videos for youtube, tiktok and other similar platforms) will be blacklisted. This means I will refuse any future work from them and may make details of their offenses public depending on severity.PROCEDURE❖ You understand that Fuumaru tends to work on multiple commissions at a given time. Quick responses to notes/DMs are necessary if you want to make the most out of your commission.❖ I will only start working on your piece once I have received payment.❖ A WIP will be sent for every major phase of the commission.❖Edits such as color adjustment, fixing poses will not incur extra costs but please be clear and concise in your description of the change.❖Any requests for Edits/Adjustments should be made within 3 days of receiving the note or message. If I do not receive a reply within the 3-day wait time, I will assume nothing needs to be fixed and will proceed with working on your commission. Requests for edits/changes made outside of this period will incur an extra fee.❖Addition of props or change of character design/costume will incur extra costs and in some cases may result in a commission being canceled.
